I require several photos that show both the overall character and some detail of the home. As you can see, I especially recommend including people, pets, cars or whatever personalizes your home.
As to price, they begin at $155 for smaller black & whites and run up to $525 for 18" wide color drawings. Your house portrait can be shipped anywhere in the U.S. I don't mat or frame, but locally (upstate NY) I recommend South Street Framers in Delmar or Clement in Troy.
Summer houses and commercial subjects are welcome, too.
I'm not sure the Washington Park Boathouse belongs on this page. On the other hand, I sure wish it was my house. On the other other hand, they say to be careful what you wish for.
